How to receive a refund

According to Linearity Terms of Use, you have 14 days (from the date you receive the confirmation of your subscription via email) to withdraw from the contract with Linearity. If you consent to have access to the Linearity services during the withdrawal period, you no longer have the right of withdraw.

Important note: You must make your refund request within 14 days of receiving the confirmation of your subscription via email. After this time period, it is no longer possible for a refund to be issued.

Canceling your subscription does not automatically result in a refund, it only prevents subscription renewal. Please take the steps outlined below within 14 days in order to receive a refund.

App Store

All payments made in the App Store, such as in-app purchases, can be only be refunded and approved by Apple. To receive a refund from Apple, you need to contact Apple Support within 14 days from the purchase date. You should receive a confirmation email from Apple Support when they receive your request. You'll receive a followup response with Apple's decision on a refund within a short period of time.


If you subscribed to Linearity Pro with a credit card, you can request a refund by contacting us within 14 days of making the purchase and letting us know which account (email address) your subscription is under—provided you haven't started using the app.
