How to use the Stripe payment portal

This guide will walk you through the steps to access your Stripe customer portal, where you can update your payment methods and billing information, review your invoice history, and manage your Linearity subscription details.

Accessing your Stripe payment portal

  1. Log in: Start by using this link: Stripe payment portal. This will take you directly to the login page to manage your account.
  2. Enter your billing email: Input the billing email address you used during your subscription purchase.
  3. Receive email link: After entering your billing email, you'll promptly receive an email containing a link to log into your Linearity customer portal.
  4. Log in to the portal: Click the login link provided in the email. This step will take you directly to your customer portal without the need for a password.

Once logged in, you'll have access to a variety of options for managing your account:

  • Payment method: Update or change your payment method to ensure uninterrupted service.
  • Billing information: Review and update your billing details, such as name, address, tax ID, and phone number, to keep your account current and accurate.
  • Invoice history: Access your past invoices for easy review and record-keeping.
  • Subscription details: View the specifics of your current subscription, including plan type and billing cycle.
  • Cancellation and billing updates: If needed, you can find information on how to cancel your subscription or change the billing type (if available).
