If you already use Linearity Pro, it is reasonable to wonder why some AI features have usage limits, or why you may be asked to upgrade when you already have a paid subscription.
Your Pro features remain available. Generative AI is different because every AI action needs additional processing each time it runs.

Different actions require different amounts of processing, which is why AI usage is measured through credits.

AI credits represent the amount of AI usage included in your plan. When they refresh, you can continue using its included AI capabilities.

“But I already paid for Pro.”
Your Pro subscription still gives you the Pro features included in your plan. AI credits apply only to features that require ongoing AI processing. Running out of credits does not stop the rest of Linearity from working.

Some people use AI occasionally, while others rely on it more extensively. Super Pro is for people who need more AI usage than Pro includes. It is not a replacement for Pro.

Your existing Linearity features remain available. You will only be unable to start AI actions that require additional credits.
Wait until your credits refresh, or upgrade if you want to continue using more AI immediately.
